About running StyleVista

DWM not running on the system to let StyleVista run

I am having trouble actually running StyleVista altogether!
It keeps on displaying an error message saying that I do not have 'DWM' running which it needed to run StyleVista.
Forgive my ignorance, but what is DWM?

I do not know what DVM is but I do know that you have to have Windows Vista OS installed in order to operate StyleVista.
